What to include

• Bug reports: your browser and device (for example "Safari on iPhone 15, iOS 19"), what you did, and what happened. If a specific image fails, tell us its size in pixels and megabytes. Please don't attach private images; we can usually reproduce the issue from the description.
• Corrections: the guide and the sentence you believe is wrong. We test our claims and are happy to fix mistakes.
• Privacy questions or data requests: see our privacy policy first; it explains what we do and don't collect. We respond to all privacy requests.
• Feature ideas: tell us what you were trying to do. Requests from users shape what we build next.

Before you write

Some common questions are answered on the converter page FAQ and on JPG to transparent PNG. If a large photo fails on a phone, it is usually the browser's memory limit for images; try a desktop browser or a smaller image.
